ReadyToPrint Organizer manages contacts and calendar information. You can use the monthly and weekly editor to store notes without having to open and close extra windows and Explorer style windows will organize and sort your data based on type, date and group membership. You can add appointments, tasks, birthdays, holidays and other recurring events. It includes more than twenty customizable calendars and address books, allows printing in various sizes and supports JPEG images for customizing your calendars. Other tools include Envelopes, Labels, clock synchronizer, phone dialer, recycle bin, support for Outlook Express address book and directory servers, search, filters, sort by any field, custom fields, e-mail and Internet shortcuts. Holidays for more than 50 countries, states and provinces are also included.

Address Ex is the address book portion of ReadyToPrint Organizer 4 for users who don't need the calendar features. Address Ex also has multi-user capabilities and it can print smaller address books up to 4 forms per sheet. We are currently planning to add these capabilities to ReadyToPrint Organizer as well. _

Software developers can use Address Control Ex as address book for any windows application. The ability to access different address books on a network or local computer ("shared company contacts" or "personal contacts"), access to LDAP or WAB and multi-user features give this program the flexibility to work in many different environments. The programming language that is used to write the parent application is not an issue because this is a regular Windows executable program that can be configured using different command line options. In addition to address book management, it will send the required contact information to the parent application in plain text format. MixScreen is a free screen saver that displays jpeg images, calendar, and text. Allows images to be displayed in darker colors to help in the screen saving process. A small built in calendar editor lets you add text to the screen saver for each day of the calendar. You may assign different text for each image or add some default text. Includes other options such as delay, resizing, and grayscale. It can display other information such as date and time and how long Windows has been running. _
